Having coached over 450 women as a Marketing Strategist and Business Coach, I constantly see business owners like yourself wanting to hit the sought after six figure business.
However, even though that’s your goal and has been for some time now, it seems like no matter what you do you just can’t seem to hit consistent $2k-$5k months nevermind $8333 months and this is why.
There are roadblocks in your strategy.
It’s not your fault, no one teaches you this and very few people talk about these things in the online space.
But when you overcome these roadblocks, you’ll be well on your way to building a six figure or multiple six figure business.

Every successful business you see out there has this one thing in common; simplicity.
If you want to learn how to build a 6 figure online business then you need to stop overcomplicating and overthinking everything…because that’s just leading to overwhelm and inaction and you can’t hit six figures doing nothing.
The truth is, if you can change someone’s business or you can change someone’s life, then that’s a high value skill that people will be willing to pay top dollar for.
For example, here are just a few online businesses that can easily hit six and multiple six figure years:

Graphic Design
Copywriting
Online Business Management/Consulting
Facebook Ads Management
All of the above could net you thousands of dollars per month in retainer fees if you’re skilled in that field and you know how to market your services correctly.
Which brings me to the next roadblock I see online business owners faced with… content.
The success of your business and potential to reach six figures literally rests on your marketing strategy.
And if you’re selling on social media, your content strategy.
So many of a business’s leads, sales and revenue literally comes from this yet I see so many of you winging it when it comes to creating content.
I mean most people aren’t even clear on their sales focus for the month.
Sound familiar?
The single biggest piece of advice when it comes to creating high converting content is to go deeper because I promise you that if you’re posting every single day on social media and aren’t getting enquiries at least weekly, your content isn’t going deep enough.
Is your ideal client saying they feel overwhelmed? What does that look like for them? How is it manifesting in their life?
They want more time…for what? Everyone wants more time. How are your dream clients going to spend their time once they have it?
And my favourite of all…freedom.
Every single business owner wants freedom, however our definitions of freedom can be different.
For example, I started my business for freedom. And freedom for me looks like travelling the world with my partner, living and experiencing multiple countries per year and not having to worry about money.
Others may start their own business to have more time to spend with family, to do the school run, to have a better work/life balance.
It’s up to you to go out there and find out what’s under the surface. What your ideal client truly desires and cares about.
By doing this you’ll not only create content that hits hard, you’ll also build out a profitable offer suite that your audience is literally asking you for.
This leads nicely to roadblock number three and a huge hurdle I see for online business owners who are struggling to scale to six figures.
If you find yourself maxed out with client work, working all hours under the sun, and you’re still struggling to bring home $2k-$3k a month you have an offer suite problem, a capacity problem and definitely a pricing problem.
The key to overcoming this roadblock is split into two parts.
Firstly you need to define your capacity and make sure that you have time to work on your business as well as in it.
If you have no idea where to start, for the next month, track every single task you do in your business, whether this is client work or “on the business” kinds of tasks and see how many hours you’re actually working on your business.
From there you can define where you need to switch things up so you can start scaling to six figures and one of the things you may need to change is your pricing structure.
Pricing strategy can be incredibly nuanced but ultimately, if you’re charging for your time rather than implementing a value based pricing structure, then you’ll struggle to scale to six figures and beyond.
I recommend looking into all the results you’ve managed to achieve for your clients and start pricing accordingly.
For example, if you can craft captivating copy that easily sells $10k masterminds, then you need to stop charging per word or per hour and start creating package-based pricing.
