One of the biggest challenges I see my clients face when we first start working together is creating consistent content that stands out and converts.
You’re told to show up everyday, to market your business on multiple platforms and the truth is you do need to, because the benefits of content creation are huge. You can create so much success for your business through your content marketing strategy, it’s crazy.
But the thought of spending more time creating more content can feel overwhelming, especially when you feel like you’re dragging your heels with content in the first place.
So today I’m going to share with you exactly how I post over 200 pieces of content per month with ease for my online coaching business.
It doesn’t burn me out, I stay consistent, I post on multiple platforms, and I’ve even secured $48,000 in new sales over the last six weeks thanks to an effective and highly converting content creation strategy.
Here’s how you can do the same.
Any good content strategy needs to have a plan behind it. The truth is, there’s A LOT of content out there; the stats are actually quite scary and if you don’t create something that stands out and speaks to your ideal client, it’ll get lost in all of the other fluff online.
Essentially, you can’t expect to post off the cuff and then sign high ticket clients.
Firstly, you need to organise all your thoughts and there are a couple of approaches you can take for this and it depends how you prefer to create content.
If you generally operate very strategically and like to batch create, I recommend sitting down once a week, or a couple of times a month to map out ideas and then work out where these ideas can slot into your sales and marketing strategy.
If your creation inspiration hits when you’re switched off, in the shower or on a walk, then I always recommend having a running list of ideas and thoughts that come to you.
You can voicenote yourself the content ideas, write them down in your notes app or even in a notepad.
If you’re doing the latter, you can then plan out a date/time to sit down and go through all the ideas and create a content plan out of it.
The key is having that plan, a plan that’s backed by a goal, a strategy and a journey that you ideally want to be taking ideal clients on.
If you struggle staring at a blank page at first, I highly recommend you start by creating some content pillars (or topics) and then from there you can make a list of subtopics/ideas that you can talk about that fall under that category.
Remember that you should always have your goal in mind and information about your ideal client with you when you’re creating content. Things like their struggles, where they are in their journey now and where they want to be.
Then from there you can start to build a picture of what that journey could look like with you by their side.

Now we get to the fun part…how to create the 200+ pieces of content per month.
The not-so big secret is content repurposing and having an effective multi-platform marketing strategy.
If you’re really tight on time, you can literally just share the same content on multiple platforms, just be sure to download any Reels or TikTok Videos without the watermark; there are a bunch of free websites that can help you do this.
You can also do this completely automatically by using one of my favourite content repurposing tools, repurpose.io. It automatically downloads your short-form, and long-form video content and redistributes it across multiple platforms for you.
For $25/mo this saves me SOOO much time in my business, it’s worth the investment 10 times over.
It’s worth keeping in mind, however, that different social media platforms have different audiences, and sometimes you may want to tweak content before repurposing it.
Maybe not for the short form videos, but content like carousel and static posts on Instagram may want to be modified before sharing on other platforms.
The other way you can look at repurposing your content is through the content piece itself.
Your audience is full of different types of buyers and people react differently to different types of content.
For example, some of your audience might really want to see your case studies, testimonials and see the type of work you produce.
Some people may want to see that you really know your industry, so they look for high-value pieces of content that give you credibility and position you as an authority.
Other buyers care about the transformation, they want to know how they’re going to feel after investing in your service and how that will impact their day to day life. This is where an inspirational content lens would work really well.
Every single piece of content you create can be modified to suit the different buyer behaviours.
Finally, if a piece of content does well, don’t be afraid to re-share it. Not everyone in your audience will see it the first time around and even if they did, they may not even remember.
I hope this post helps you to feel a little more in control with your content creation strategy and show you that it really is possible to reach significantly more people with ease IF you have the right repurposing strategy in place.
