Marketing Strategies That Helped Me Build a Six Figure Business

Everyone wants to build a six figure business, but not everyone is willing to put in the work to get there. 

Over the last 3 years I’ve managed to build a multiple six figure business and I attribute it to creating rock solid business foundations, mastering proven marketing methods and setting up my business in a way that I knew would help it to survive the long haul. 

And it’s not just worked for me. 

Dozens of my clients have reached five figure months and six figure years through implementation of the right foundations and developing a solid marketing strategy that calls in clients consistently. 

I even had a client reach out to me last week to say that she’s on track to have brought in £50,000 in six months and that back in corporate it would’ve taken her years to earn that kind of money in a year, never mind six months. 

So with that in mind, I wanted to share some of the strategies I’ve implemented over the years to hit six figures in business and the strategies I share with my clients, too. 

I Decided to Understand My Ideal Client at a Deeper Level 

It’s time for some tough love. 

Because right now, you’re doing all the things the social media experts tell you. 

Showing up daily on stories, posting regularly on Instagram and all you’re getting is crickets. 

It’s making you question whether you’re cut out for business because you’ve done market research on your offer and the people said they wanted it yet they’re not buying. 

Well the reason why you’re not making sales from your content right now isn’t because your offer sucks, it’s because your content is too surface level. 

Your content doesn’t dig deep into your ideal client’s desires.

They don’t truly feel seen and heard by you, and they’re not resonating and connecting with what you have to say.  

It’s not enough just talking about the goals that they want to achieve or the pain points that they want to avoid, you need to go deeper. 

How is their current situation impacting their life? What will it mean to them to hit £10k months? 

For example, I work with a lot of people who want to travel and work remotely. I embody that and share about that in my content and share that my clients get to do the same. 

I could talk about connecting with your ideal clients all day but I created a whole blog post on attraction marketing which digs deeper into this. 

I Created Signature Offers & Mastered My Launch Strategy

Another thing that worked wonders for my marketing and sales targets was truly refining my product suite. 

I see a lot of online business owners, especially newer ones, throw out new offers every single month and then struggle to get the clients and consistency to hit those 6-figure years and five-figure months. 

It just leads to burn out and creates no long term awareness of your offers. 

My first signature offer, the Confident CEO Academy, has now generated over $120,000 for me in business.

Because the trick to launching a successful (and profitable) offer is to continuously refine it. Run the programme, get feedback and implement it, launch it again and repeat the process. During this time you’ll also learn a lot about what launch strategies work for your business too. 

By sticking to that one signature service and refining it over time, I was able to create huge levels of awareness for that specific programme, really nail my messaging and understand what it took to get consistent client results. 

Now, I sell CCA using evergreen marketing strategies.

I Mastered My Messaging to Attract Higher Paying Clients 

Lastly, I mastered my messaging. 

I talk a lot about buyer psychology with my students and it’s a big part of my cash content formula free masterclass. 

I learned how to leverage my content strategy to make more sales rather than just posting to please the algorithm; because a tonne of likes and saves (and even reach) won’t pay the bills. 

I thought about the journey my ideal client is on, the powerful transformations of my signature offers and how I could activate them to take action by speaking to both their pain points and desires in a really relatable way.  

I even thought about how I like to buy from people too, because my audience could behave in a similar way.

All this has led to huge shifts not just in my business, but in my client’s businesses too.
