I know you offer a great service.
It’s in high demand, it’s skilled and people are willing to pay big bucks for it. So why does it feel sooo difficult to make sales in your online business? Especially when it seems like everyone around you is making consistent five figure months easily.
Whilst you might feel it’s because of things like the online space being “saturated”, I promise you that’s not why you’re not making sales in your business.
So if you feel like you’re in a position where no matter what strategies you try, you struggle to sell your services or coaching offer then today’s post is going to help you turn this around and fast.
First up is your USP, or lack thereof.
There’s a reason why some people can sell their £2k/mo offer no problem and others struggle to sell a £500/mo social media management service.
And 90% of the time, it has nothing to do with them being “better” than you.
It’s all about your positioning and having a unique selling point; that’s kinda the bread and butter of making high ticket sales in your business.
Yes there is more to it, which I’ll be discussing today, but by starting with what separates you from the rest, you’ll be able to rejig your pricing strategy and call in high ticket clients that say yes to buying every single time.
You need to work out what makes your offer better than everyone else’s out there. You need to communicate why you get better results than your competitors. You need to ensure your programme doesn’t look like a carbon copy of every other coach or service provider’s programme.
And I don’t blame you for this.
You’ve been told by all the social media gurus out there to educate, entertain and inspire your audience but the truth is, that kind of content is soooo surface level that it almost never results in sales.
The key to creating highly converting content is through creating problem awareness content and using value-based selling to make sales. Building a relationships with your audience is key and value-based content will help you do that.
Essentially, your content will still be valuable to your audience, it will give them that lightbulb moment because you’re helping them to identify what their problems are and how you’re the solution to said problems.
So, time to scrap the “3 tips to X” kind of content and start creating content that’s more along the lines of “here’s why you haven’t achieved X in your business yet”.
Likewise your messaging needs to call in the right kinds of people into your offers, the ones that take action off the back of calls and implement what you suggest and are willing to do the work too.
Sadly some people will just not be as committed to change as others. But thankfully you can avoid this type of person by not speaking to those who are living on struggle street.
By using language such as “if you’re 110% committed to your goals, then XYZ is for you”, you’re going to attract action takers into your offers.
I’m a huge fan of using cross platform traffic to make more sales through social media.
However if your social channels aren’t optimised in a way that new followers can easily find out about how you can help them, then you’re losing out on potentially thousands of dollars every single month.
This month, a client in my membership re-optimised her Instagram bio after putting it off for months and within HOURS she received an enquiry from a dream client who was searching for the services she offered.

Last but not least, is something you may be surprised at because right now, you’re showing up on stories three or four times per week and you thought you were doing all the things to get potential clients to buy.
But the truth is, you’re not selling effectively…or often enough if you’re not selling daily. The sales process can be long for some buyers so you need to ensure you’re hitting as many touch points as possible.
Showing a picture of your laptop with your to-do list for the day isn’t exactly gonna make people hit “add to cart” …and neither is constantly sharing nothing but personal stories.
I’m not saying not to share personal aspects of your life. Some of my more popular videos on TikTok are where I’m sharing my story and aspects of my digital nomad lifestyle; it’s a core element of my brand.
But it’s all about posting with purpose and using high converting sales sequences that take your ideal clients on a journey that makes them want to buy.
When you start to focus on selling with intention each week; share client results, share their transformations, what it’s like to be in your world, etc. you build your authority and activate people into taking action.
