I love being a Business Coach, it’s incredibly rewarding to help the clients that come into my world build a wildly profitable and thriving online business while getting to travel the world full time.
Over the past three years I’ve helped hundreds of women to reach their goals; through masterclasses, guest expert sessions, private 1:1 business coaching, group programmes, masterminds and more recently courses like Freedom Course Creator.

Even though I help people start, grow and scale a profitable online business, I have a strong focus on marketing and sales strategy.
I have a background in marketing and a degree in marketing which gave me a lot of the transferable skills I needed to help people promote and grow their businesses organically using the power of social media.
This, teamed with the fact that I was in a leadership role back in my corporate days means that I know what it takes to communicate effectively, teach and mentor others.
When you hire a Business Coach, or any kind of coach, it’s likely that they’ll have a variety of different ways that they can serve and support you to get you the best results. There’s usually different price points to tailor to where you currently are in business and the “containers” or programmes can look like:
1 to 1 private coaching for high touch support.
Masterminds for high touch support with like-minded experts at a similar level to you. These are great for those that crave community.
Group Programmes for those at an earlier stage in business looking for a more rigid structure and learning curriculum.
Online Courses for those who prefer a self-paced learning environment and have the discipline to hold themselves accountable.
Coaching can also be a hybrid of the above, like one of my more recent offers, Freedom CEO Accelerator, which I designed as a hybrid of 1:1 and mastermind-style group coaching.
So, what exactly is it that makes coaching a powerful and profitable business decision for you?
Rose tinted glasses can be our biggest obstacle in business.
Sometimes we’re just too invested in our online businesses to see the gaps in what we’re doing.
When you facilitate a space to have some outside input, you’ll likely realise that there’s a reason why you’ve been struggling to reach your goals. That perspective is priceless.
This doesn’t mean you’ve done anything wrong. It’s something that happens to all business owners.
Having someone who’s not emotionally invested in your business look at things strategically and objectively can help you to overcome obstacles you’re facing right now.
I’ve lost count of the number of clients who’ve made more than their investment back with me whilst working together.
One of my clients, Catherine, worked with me when she first quit her 9-5.
She launched her first ever course while we worked together and it generated €31,000 during launch week. She then went on to launch a second course that netted her €74,000.
Can you imagine smashing the six-figure mark in your business from just two launches?!
It’s possible when you invest in coaching.
And that win is just the tip of the iceberg.
My clients have quit their toxic corporate jobs, hit consistent 5-figure months in business, more than tripled their income going from £1k-£3k months to £10k months.
Plus they’ve grown into more confident and resilient business owners through working on their mindset and other aspects of their life.
Coaching has a knock on effect, and don’t just take my word for it. Many scientific studies have also been carried out into the benefits that coaching can have on your life.
I too practise what I preach and have invested a LOT into private mentorship and coaches over the years. I definitely wouldn’t have hit my goals as quickly as I did (full-time digital nomad) if I didn’t have the support.
Which brings me to the next benefit of having a coach.
Whilst I don’t believe in “quick wins” and hacks, business coaching is the perfect way to fast track your results.
Your business coaches will have already experienced what you’re currently going through in business and know exactly how to navigate it.
Coaches know what works and more importantly what doesn’t and investing in a business coach can help you to avoid that “messy middle” phase that everyone experiences when going through a season of growth. Their insight and expertise are insanely valuable when you experience growing pains.
Speaking of growth, let’s talk about comfort zones and how my clients consistently push them not only to become better business owners and leaders, but also to become better people, too.
I’m always in awe of the steps my clients take that really push the boundaries of what feels safe to them. Whether that’s showing up on stories and selling, or going live for the first time, these are all pivotal moments in any business owner’s journey and almost act as springboards for them to take bolder and bigger action.
In my world, we take action, we don’t play small and we achieve big results. Someone recently asked me over on my TikTok channel if I could teach people to sell without having to show their face, and the short answer was no…but you can check it out here for the reasons why.
So with all the benefits in mind, how much will investing in a business coach cost you?
Honestly, this question is so difficult to answer because the sky’s the limit and coaches charge as much or as little as they’d like to.
Remember, just because a coach is commanding a higher rate, doesn’t mean that they’ll get you the desired results, there are plenty more “affordable” coaches out there that are still extremely talented at what they do.
Be sure to do your homework before investing in a business coach and take a look at what wins they’ve been able to help their clients to achieve; don’t just look at their own.
